What You’re Signing Up For

By booking a session or coaching package, you’re entering into a professional relationship rooted in trust, care, and mutual responsibility. My role is to support your growth — not to fix you. You are the expert of your life.

What’s Included

Depending on what you book, this may include:

• 1:1 somatic coaching

• Astrology + Human Design insights

• Practical tools + nervous system support

• Personalised resources between sessions (for coaching clients)

All sessions are online via Zoom.

Payments + Cancellations

• Payment is due upfront (or via agreed instalments).

• No refunds for missed sessions or unused packages.

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) are forfeited, unless it’s an emergency.

Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential, unless there’s risk of harm to you or others. I may share anonymised reflections in professional supervision — always with care and respect.

A Note on Scope

This is not therapy or medical treatment. If you're in acute distress, I encourage you to seek licensed mental health support alongside or before coaching.

Your Agreement

By working with me, you agree to:

• Show up on time and be present

• Take full responsibility for your wellbeing

• Communicate clearly and kindly

• Honour the time and energy of this container
